PLOT for A DREAM HOUSE

 when a person decide to build a house  first he thought about the place where it to be constructed.Selecting  a plot for making a house is first and important task. when he/she has committed a mistake,he cold not be corrected this mistake
                  You should keep in mind,the laws of nature for its existence is beyond the thoughts of a modern person. Vasth shastram explains these laws of nature. It argues for preserve natural laws and preserve the biological diversity of nature with harmonius blending of humans existance and fulfill his needs. A person's  family life,social life and his interaction with his environment are taking place in his house.

The following points shall be consider while selecting a plot.

1. A plane plot in plenty of bio diversity and getting water even in summer season.It may be  riverside,plane or hilly place.
2. The climate of the place maybe suitable to the inmates  health condition.
3. The atmosphere is  not polluted, it must have plenty of air and Oxygen.
4. the place  may be near to temple/mosque or church is appreciable. 
5. Now a days the locality, neighbors ,accessibility to that place,facilities of nearest school. Hospital.playground, market etc maybe counted.

Sloping of plot (Vasthu)

The plots are distributed according to it's sloping,Which is auspicious for constructing a house

.They are as follows.

• South-west part is higher than North-East corner part.This type sloping plot is consider as excellent to make a house.
• South part is higher than Northern part (This plot is consider as very good plot.)
• West part is higher than East part (This is consider as good for construction)
• South-  East part is higher than North west part( This plot is consider  as good to construct the house)

There are so many  other distributions are given in books, But above mentioned slopping are considered auspicious for constructing  a dream house..

SURFACE AREA

As per surface area the plot is divided auspicious and inauspicious.They are given below

1. South.south -west, west,west-north part are higher than other part. is considered most auspicious for construction.
2. The center part of the plot is higher than other part, is not considered as good plot,but it can be leveled and be used to construct house

SHAPE

As per geometrical  shape of the plot is considered auspicious or inauspicious,they are as follows

• Rectangular  or squire shape plot are auspicious
• Circular,triangle,five or six side plot,V shape plot.are not considered as good.
• when shaping the plot to four side the corners are not to be cut off.
• For the rectangular shape plot, the ratio of the breadth to length  in between 1:1.75 and 1:2 are should be avoided
• East to west in long length and north to south thin breadth shape plot is not so auspicious vice verse is good

Social

Here we are discussing the neighborhood of the plot .Temple or any other worshiping building near to the plot is very auspicious. But the height of the house is not higher than the Temple.

The plot in front of or right side of  the Temple of lord  Shiva or Davy temple or Sri Narasimha temple is not auspicious .

The house in the back side or left side of Sri. krisna or Vishnu temple is not auspicious.

In riverside construction,care to build house in east west direction.
