              BED ROOM 

1) The best place for a bedroom for couples is to be at kanny moola (southwest) of the house

2) The bedroom  ground  in kanny moola shall be elevated about one feet higher than other rooms ground level.

3) The wash room is to be kept outside the bedroom.

4) When lying in bed, the head of the person moves towards the South side or East side.

5)Mirrors are not be placed in south side of the bed

6) No electronic equipment is placed in the room while sleeping.

7)Wash rooms doors are always kept closed . 

8)Boys or girls do not use the room in kanny moola.

9)Bedrooms can also be used in agni kon (South-East).

10) But , a room in Eashana kon (North-East) is not auspicious to use as a bedroom.

11)Old aged people may not sleep  in the bedroom in Vayu kon(NorthWest)

12) upstairs the bedroom shall be placed in kanny   moola or agni kon.

Note:-The inner measurements of the Bedroom must be according to vasthushastram 

       

KICTCHEN

1) Kitchen to be placed at agni kon(South-East corner).

2)It may be placed in vayu kon(North-West corner)

3) Exit door to out side be placed at the South -East side of the room

4) Stove/Oven to be placed in South-East corner of thw room.

5) Oven/Stove Keep  at a distance of  2 feet away from Zink

6)Do not keep oven/stove and zink face to face.

7)Fridge is to be placed in North-East corner.

8)Do not keep medicines in Kitchen. 

9)Keep neat and clean kitchen always.

10)Do not light the stove faceing to South

IMPOTRANCE OF EASHANA MOOLA

Eashana moola (North- East corner ) is very important place for a house. Magnetic and earth energy enters the house through this corner.It is a sacred  place for a house. Keeps the holiness of that corner.

Some important points are to be kept  in mind

• DO NOT construct bath room or toilet  in this corner. A

• DO NOT construct bed room in this corner.

• Pooja room may be constructed in this corner

• More doors and windows are to be constructed in this corner.

• This corner may place of kitchen.While cooking food you shall face to East or North.Place gas stove/oven at the south-East side ofthe room.

• Eashan moola is an auspicious place for digging well. (There will be a gap between house     platform and platform of  the well).

• The space between house and compound wall shall be more than that of in south side.

•  Hight of the compound wall is less than that of kanny mula

• NO flower pots are to be placed in compound wall at this side.

• Water tank should NOT be constructed at top of this corner.(It may be placed on top of AGNIKON(East-South).
• It is not auspicious to sleep in-the room of this corner
• Waste water tank or septic tank of toilet should not construct in this corner

• The hight of the  compound wall of north -east side shall be less than the hight of compound wall in the side of south-west side

IMPORTANCE OF KANNYMOOLA

KANNY MOOLA

Kanny moola (South -West corner)is a house is holy place of a house  as per 'Vasthu shasthram'.It affects the health of  ladies living in the house and the wealth of the owner of the house.For health and prosperity of inmates living in a house depending up on how kanny moola is maintaining.Following  points are carefully to be noted.

• It is an auspicious place for pooja room or study room.

• Floor and  roof of  the room in kanny moola  shall be higher than that of other room.

• Money and ornaments are to be kept in South- West corner in a almarah  facing to open North.

• If there is a bed room in kanny moola ,lying by keeping head directed to South.

• If there is Pooja room,the Idol is to be placed to facing East.

• If there is Study room, the student must be sit at middle of the room to facing  to East/North.

• It is a suitable place of bed room for newly married couple.

• But it is NOT used as bed room for grown up boys or girls.

• Bath room or toilet is NOT be constructed in Kanny moola.

• The Floor level should NOT be lower than that of the other rooms.

• Number of windows are to be less.

• The height of the compound walls in Kanny Mula is to be higher than that of Eashana Moola(North-East)

• Waste pit should not be constructed at Kanny moola and drainage pipes are not to be directed to Kanny moola.

• The inner measurements of the room is to be according to Vasthushasthram Measurment.

South faced house

People frequently asking questions whether house facing to south direction are auspicious or not.?

Houses can be made facing to directions East,South,West & North.They are auspicious.

Important features are to be noted while making house, facing to South.They are given below

• ·         The Yonic value of these house must be one or seven.(Yonic value is the number ,which is getting by calculation, Perimeter of the house change to Kolu,,Then multiply by Three and divided by Eight,reminder is Yonic value.)
• ·         Front door is not be placed the middle of the house.It must be just shifted to Kanny moola.
• ·         A door is placed in northern side of the house 
• ·         Toilet or bath room is not be in Eashana kon or other corners.
• ·         Compound wall in south side must be higher that of northern side.·         Main gate in southern side wall be placed in 2/9 or 8/9 part of the length of the southern side.
•       While making gate on southern side ,it should be constructed 2/9 or 8/9 or 4/9 part of the length of the side.Gate must be directed towards actual south
•      Saplings of aracanut be planted near the border of compound.

• Twin houses are not be constructed in south facing.
• Projection towards south should not be constructed
