PLOT FOR  HOUSE
When you draw a  two lines joining middle points of North-South and East - Wesst direction the compound is divided to four equal plots.

1. plot in eashana (North- East)direction  called Manushyalaya khandam is auspecios for making dream home.
2. plot in Agni konu (East-South)  called  yama khandam -it should be avoided to make house.
3. Plot in nirythy konu(South-West) is called deva khandam-it is auspecios for making house
4. Plot in vayu khandam (North-west) is called asura khandam-it should be avoidable.

SUTHRAS *

Line joining middle points are called Suthras..there are Two suthras as follows.

1. bramha suthra -line joining east -west
2. yama suthra -line joining south- north
3. karna suthra -line joining nirythy-eshana
4. mrthyu suthra-line joining vayu konu-agny konu

they are important lines.these sythras should not passthrough middle ponts of house, pond well etc.

it is called suthra vedam.

If it passes through the house,make anarrow hole inits way.

RATIO OF BREADTH and LENGTH

While drawing a plan, the ratio of Breadth & Length of a house is important.There are  Four types of ratios.They are as follows.

1. Samathayathkam Here Breadth &length are equal or more .

        The ratio of breadth to length would be 1:1. Ratio up to 1:1.24. lie under this head.        This ratio is acceptable to  houses.Following ratios also included.

        1:2 ,1:3,1:4,1:5,1:6,1:7 and so on

             2.  Padadikam  Half of the perimeter divided by 9.and 4 parts is width and 5 parts length then it is called Padadikam         Width:Length =4:5             or    1:1.25         Ratio up to Ardadikam (up to 1:1.49 )can be included  in this head .         This ratio is very auspicious.      3.  Ardadikam                 The ratio of width to length is  4:6                 or 1:1.5                 Ratio up to Padonan (up to 1:1.74 )can be called as ardadikam                  This ratio is also acceptable.
       4.  Padonam The ratio of bradth and length is 1:1.75  come under this head                   it is up to samathadikam (1:1.99)                  This ratio destroying all.it should be avoidable.
        Note:-When correcting  to perimeter for suitable padoynic number we can       increasing/decreasing    breadth or length  with some extent,at that time  take care the ratio of breadth and length should not be in PADAYONAM.

IMPORTANT of PLANTS in VASTHU

The effect of plants in  vasthu  of  life of people who are living in a vasthu is discribed  in anciant texts.
Plants are purified atmosphere ,give plenty of oxygen to vasthu,Plants like Thulasy gives ozone to atmosphere.Ozone blocks harmful ultraviolate radiations.Plants control the flow of air in to the house.It protects human being from negative radiations& electromagnetic radiations coming from planets and stars. 
 in anciant Text 'Brahal samhitha' which type of plants  gives happy and peaceful life to people and where it would be planted.

Note:-Arayal,Ithy,Peral like plants are only planted in their directions given,otherwise it gives harmful effect.

Plants NOT to be PLLANTED
Kanjiram,Cheru, Vayyankathavu,naruvary,Thanny,Kallyppala,Pishachavriksham,Erumakkally, Veppu
are not to be planted in compound

Murringa (Drum stick) to be planted in boarder of the compound.

CHAPTER 3 -PLAN PREPRATION

PLACE OF HOUSE IN A PLOT

1. While makin a hosue in a large plot, plot is divided to four equal parts by line joining middle points.House should be constructed either in south- west(niryaty-deva khandam) part or  north -east(eshana-manushya khandam) part and near to middle point of the plot
2. House shall be made in lower part  be auspecious.
3. Plot will be made in rectangular or squire shape
4. house shall be made  in directed to facing North ,East, South or West only.

PLOT DESIGNING

    There are so many stories are spreading about Vasthu purusha concept. Any way it is important in plot designing. Vasthpurusha is lying in the plot from kanny mula to eashana konu ,that is his legs are in kanny mula and face at eashana konu..

      VASTHU  PURUSHA CONCEPT IS CONNECTED TO INDIANS BELIEF TO INSTALL&WORSHIP GOD/GODDESS INSIDE THE HOUSE ,FORPEACE & HAPPY LIFE THOSE WHO LIVE INSIDE.

       The plot is imagine as lying vasthu purusha body.and it is divided into number of squires table.These  squire are called 'Padangal' *

       Navavargm-81 squires

       Ashtavargam --64 squires

       Dashavrga     --100 squires.

      Each squire consist of a God.In each squire which part of house is to be located and not located.It will be described later.

      The plot ,where house to be constructed is make as a squire plot,that plot is divided in to 9 sqiure equal paths inside it .From outside path they are called as-

DWAJA YONY its number is 1

       
         It is important yony It is good result oriented

         Jupiter is its planet 

         It is suitable for kizakkiny (house facing west).It can be used for all houses.

         Vehicles,well, boxes, pond, utensils and althara  are to be made with this  measurement.
 SIMHA YONY --3--
         When reminder is 3  that yony is simha yony .Mars is its planet.It gives wealth. It is suitable Thekiny(facing North).it is also oused to Padinjattiny &Vadakkiny also.
this yony is used to make chair,throne bench etc.

VRISHABA YONY--5--
When reminder is 5 it is called vrishabha yony. Saturn is its planet.It is only used for Padinjattiny. This measurement is used for Nellara(paddy store room) Boxes, Well,Pond etc.

VRUSHABA YONY-----7--
This yony number is 7,It is auspicious. It is used for vadakkiny..Bed,cot etc.are made up of this yony number.Master bed room would be made up of this yonic number.

OTHER YONY NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE USED.

                                         STARS

When perimeter is multiply with 8 and  divided by 27 we get star of the house(if 1 ,star aswathy and so on).if in reminder there is viral in reminder then viral multiply with 60 and divided by 24 we get nadika in star.
27 stars are distributed in 12 rashy. Distance of star in rashy chakra is 360/27=13 degree and 20 minutes.

Time between Sun and Moon  in 12 degree is called Thythy
There are two types of Thythy  Veluthapaksha Thithy (Thithy in the days Black moon to Full Moon.)
and Karuthapaksha thythy(in daysFull moon to Black Moon)

Half time of thythy are called karanam.There are 11 karanam.Two types of karanam.

1. Charana karanam.7 karanams are included in this list  .they are(,Smha,Puli,Panny,Kazutha,Anaa, Pashu,Vyshty).They are repeated in 8 times in a month 
2. Sthira karanam(4) they are ( Pullu,Nalkaly,Pampu, Puzhu) They are repeated in only onetime in a month

                                               VAYASSU(STAGE)
When perimeter is multiply with 8 and  divided  by 27 then result gives VAYASSU.

1. balyum 
2. Koumatam
3. youvanum
4. vardakyam
5. death  

           reminder  gives year in that stage.
         Do NOT take DEATH for construction.

When perimeter is multiplied 8 and  divided by 7  the reminder will be weekly days.1 for Sunday and so on

AAYA NUMBER

When perimeter is multilayered by  8 and  divided by 12,reminder will be aaya number.

VYAYA NUMBER

When Perimeter is multiplied by 3 and divided by 14 ,we get vyay number

aaya number must be more than vyaya number.It is auspeciious.Otherwise many hardships were arised.
